Thank you for shopping with YEEZY WEAR. We offer both locally stocked products and made-to-order items through our print-on-demand partners. Shipping times may vary depending on the product type and destination.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For print-on-demand products, additional production time of 2–5 business days may apply before the item is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email or provided contact information.

YEEZY WEAR uses two shipping methods depending on the product:

Local Products (Caps and selected merchandise)
Shipped from the Philippines via:

β€’ LBC Express – Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
Luzon (Provincial): 3–7 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days


Print-on-Demand Products (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Apparel)

These items are made to order and fulfilled by our global printing partners.

Estimated production time: 2–5 business days

Estimated shipping times:

USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Asia & Australia: 7–15 business days
International orders: 10–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, courier workload, and destination.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

β€’ Package size and weight
β€’ Courier rates

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

YEEZY WEAR is not responsible for:

β€’ Incorrect or incomplete addresses
β€’ Failed deliveries due to wrong contact details

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will shoulder the re-shipping fee.


πŸ“¦ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is under the courier’s responsibility.

If your parcel is:

Delayed – Please track your order using the tracking number provided.
Damaged – Contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the package and item.
Lost – We will assist in coordinating with the courier or fulfillment partner for investigation.


πŸ” Failed Delivery / Return to Sender (RTS)

If a parcel is returned due to:

β€’ Unavailable recipient
β€’ Refused delivery
β€’ Incorrect address

The customer will be required to pay the re-shipping fee.
