REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At YEEZY WEAR, we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. Because some of our products are made-to-order, please carefully review our return and refund policy before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The item received is incorrect (wrong product or design)

To qualify for a return request:

• Request must be made within 48 hours after receiving the item
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Clear photo or video proof of the issue must be provided

Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cases are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Items that have been used, worn, or washed
• Items without original packaging
• Made-to-order or print-on-demand products that were produced correctly

Please review product descriptions, sizing guides, and product images carefully before placing an order.


Print-on-Demand Products

Some apparel items such as T-shirts, hoodies, and other garments are produced through our global print-on-demand partners.

These products are custom printed after the order is placed, which means:

• Returns for sizing issues are not accepted
• Returns for change of mind are not accepted
• Only defective or incorrect items are eligible for replacement

If there is a printing defect or damage, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Refund Process

If your request is approved, you may receive either:

• A replacement item, or
• A refund of the product cost

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by YEEZY WEAR.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery purchases, refunds will be issued through:

• Bank Transfer
• GCash
• Other mutually agreed payment method
